Delivery Area & Exclusions

We offer delivery to hotels, residences, Airbnbs, and businesses within a 25-mile radius of our Fort Mill store. This includes Uptown Charlotte, the University Area, Gastonia, Belmont, Ballantyne, Indian Land, Rock Hill, and the Charlotte Convention Center (Security Office).


Please Note: We do not deliver to amusement parks, airports, festivals, malls, or sporting events.

Hotel Delivery (Available 24/7)

Your device will be conveniently delivered and waiting at the front desk, clearly labeled with your information. We deliver at least one hour before your start time and will arrange pickup from the front desk after your stop time, so everything is ready exactly when you need it.

Residential & Airbnb Delivery

Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We deliver directly to homes, apartments, and Airbnbs within our 25-mile radius. To ensure everything goes smoothly and to provide a quick handoff, someone must be available at the location to accept the device upon delivery.

Free In-Store Pickup

Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Our showroom is conveniently located at 852 Gold Hill Rd, Suite 102 in Fort Mill. Pickup and drop-off are strictly available during these business hours, so please plan your rental dates accordingly and select "Pickup" when choosing your dates in the calendar.

Online booking requires 48 hours' notice. For last-minute rentals, please call us at (704) 879-5189.

The Revo 2.0 bridges the gap between a massive "park and ride" model and a standard travel scooter. Because of its advanced suspension and larger tires, it is highly recommended for renters planning to spend the day outdoors at local parks, festivals, or navigating the bumpy sidewalks of Uptown Charlotte. While it does break down for transport, the heaviest piece weighs 57 lbs. Therefore, we recommend having a second person to help lift it, or utilizing an SUV or van for easier loading.

    We deliver directly to your hotel's front desk or bell stand at least one hour before your selected start time. Your device will be fully charged, clearly labeled with your name, and waiting for you. When your rental is over, simply leave it at the front desk for our team to pick up!

    We offer convenient delivery to homes, apartments, and Airbnbs within a 25-mile radius of our Fort Mill store (including Uptown Charlotte and surrounding areas). To ensure a smooth handoff, someone must be present at the location to accept the device upon delivery.

What if I have an issue with the device?

Because we operate locally and have a dedicated repair team, you are never left stranded. If you experience any mechanical issues, call us right away. We will troubleshoot over the phone or dispatch someone to repair or swap your device anywhere within our service area.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

For hotel deliveries, no! We drop the device off with the front desk or bell stand prior to your start time, clearly tagged with your name. For residential and Airbnb deliveries, someone must be present at the location to accept the device upon delivery.

Can I transport the device in my personal vehicle?

It depends on the model! Many of our travel scooters and manual wheelchairs fold or disassemble easily to fit into standard car trunks. However, our heavy-duty models require an SUV or van. Please check the "Best Use" section in the product description above to confirm if the device fits your vehicle.

How do I charge the battery?

Every powered rental comes with a standard wall charger that plugs into any regular outlet. We highly recommend plugging your device in every night so you wake up to a fully charged battery, ensuring you have plenty of power for a full day of exploring. Make sure the device is OFF while charging
