What types of scooters do you rent?

We offer high-quality Pride Mobility scooters in a range of sizes:

  • Ultra-X – Our lightest model (300 lb capacity)
  • Traveller 3 or 4-Wheel – Most popular and easily transportable (300 lb capacity)
  • Go-Go Sport 3 or 4 Wheel – Slightly larger and easy to disassemble (325 lb capacity)
  • Victory 10 – Heavy-duty model (400 lb capacity)
    All models disassemble for easy transport.

What’s included in a rental?

Each rental includes a fully charged scooter and charger. Let us know if you need accessories like an oxygen tank holder. A brief orientation is provided if needed.

How much does it cost?

We offer discounted daily rates the longer you rent. Here's our standard pricing:

  • 1 Day: $65 (LW) $75 (MS) $85 (HD)
  • 2 Days: $100 ($50/day) (all models)
  • 3 Days: $150 ($50/day)
  • 4 Days: $175
  • 5 Days: $200
  • 6 Days: $225
  • 7 Days: $250 (flat weekly rate)
  • Each additional day after 7: $15/day

Delivery & Pickup Fee: $75 (one-time charge for both drop-off and pickup)

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes, the minimum is 1 day. We do not offer same day delivery and pickup.

How do I book and pay?

Fill out the Rental Request Form. We’ll send a quote and, once approved, a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund

Cancel less than 48 hours before: 50% cancellation fee

No refunds after delivery

Do you offer rental insurance?

No, we recommend checking with your personal insurance provider.

What if the scooter is damaged?

You are responsible for any damage during the rental period.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes! We deliver and pick up directly to your home, hotel, or business. For hotels, the scooter will be labeled and waiting at the front desk.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, a flat $75 covers both delivery and pickup.

Can I pick up the scooter myself?

Yes we offer in-store pickup by appointment only at our store located at 852 Gold Hill Rd Suite 102 in Fort Mill, SC.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not at this time. We need at least 24 hours to schedule and prepare your rental.

How do I charge the scooter?

Plug the charger into a standard outlet and connect it under the right handle of the steering wheel. Charge overnight for best results.

What if the scooter breaks down?

Call us at (704) 879-5189. We’ll help troubleshoot and replace the unit if needed.

Can I use the scooter on public transportation?

Yes, most local transit systems accommodate scooters. Please check with the specific provider.

Can I travel out of state with the scooter?

Yes, our scooters are travel-friendly and fit in most car trunks.

Are scooters sanitized?

Absolutely. We sanitize every unit before and after use.

Can I rent more than one scooter?

Yes. Just let us know how many you need when filling out the form.

Do you sell scooters as well?

Yes! We sell top-rated models from brands like Pride and Golden. You can visit our Fort Mill location or shop online.

What are your store hours?

We operate by appointment only to ensure each customer gets dedicated time and personalized service. If you arrive at our store without an appointment and no one is there, please call or text us at (704) 879-5189—we’ll be happy to schedule a time to meet with you as soon as possible.

Where is your store located?

We’re located in Fort Mill, SC—just outside of Charlotte, NC. The exact address and directions will be sent to you once your appointment is confirmed.

What can I expect during my appointment?

We’ll walk you through available models, demonstrate key features, answer any questions, and discuss delivery and warranty options. If you’re ready to purchase, we can complete the transaction on-site and schedule your free White-Glove Delivery.

Do you offer free delivery with a scooter purchase?

Yes! We provide free White-Glove Delivery in the Charlotte area—your scooter arrives fully set up and ready to go.

Do you price match?

Yes. We match prices from Amazon, Walmart, or other retailers—and still offer better service and delivery.

What if my purchased scooter needs repairs?

We offer free loaner rentals (if available) while your scooter is being repaired.

Can I return a purchased scooter?

Yes, under these conditions:

  • Must request a return within 30 days
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • A 25% restocking fee applies
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (if shipped outside of the Charlotte NC area)

Are there items that can’t be returned?

Yes. Custom-made products and items delivered and installed with a signed delivery slip are not eligible for return.

Shipping FAQs

Do you offer shipping outside the Charlotte area?

Yes! We ship mobility scooters, power chairs, and lift chairs across the continental U.S. Shipping rates and services vary based on your location and product type.

What are my delivery options?

We offer three types of delivery:

  • Local White-Glove Delivery (Charlotte Area) – Free
    Includes in-home delivery, full setup, function testing, and packaging removal. Available within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte.
  • Standard Freight Delivery (Outside Charlotte) – $150
    Delivers your item to your driveway or front door. Does not include setup or packaging removal. Someone must be home to sign for delivery.
  • White-Glove Delivery (Outside Charlotte) – $350
    Full-service delivery including in-home setup, testing, and packaging removal. Ideal for customers who need extra assistance.

How long does shipping take?

Travel/folding power chairs: 1–3 business days

Standard full-size models: 6–10 business days

Custom options or lift chairs: 2–4 weeks depending on configuration
White-Glove Delivery typically adds 5–7 business days to the overall timeline.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your item ships, we’ll send you tracking information or the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or international locations?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.

Will someone need to be home for delivery?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for delivery?

Please make sure the delivery area is clear and accessible. For White-Glove Delivery, ensure there is space indoors for setup.
