• Elite Traveller 3 or 4-Wheel – Most popular and easily transportable (300 lb capacity)
• Go Go Sport 3 or 4 Wheel – Slightly larger and easy to disassemble (325 lb capacity)
• Victory 10 4-wheels – Heavy-duty model (400 lb capacity)

All models disassemble for easy transport.

Each rental includes a fully charged scooter and charger. Let us know if you need accessories like an oxygen tank holder or a larger rear basket attachment. A brief orientation is provided if requested.

We offer discounted daily rates the longer you rent. Here's our standard pricing:

• 1 Day: $60
• 2 Days: $100 ($50/day)
• 3 Days: $150 ($50/day)
• 4 Days: $175
• 5 Days: $200
• 6 Days: $225
• 7 Days: $250 (flat weekly rate)
• Each additional day after 7: $15/day

Delivery & Pickup Fee: $85 (one-time charge for both drop-off and pickup)

Yes, the minimum is 1 day. We do not offer same day delivery and pickup.

Fill out the Rental Request Form. We’ll send a quote and, once approved, a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the scooter has been delivered, no refunds are available.

No, we recommend checking with your personal insurance provider.

You are responsible for any damage during the rental period.

Yes! We deliver and pick up directly to your home, hotel, or business. For hotels, the scooter will be labeled and waiting at the front desk.

Yes, a flat $75 covers both delivery and pickup.

Yes we offer in-store pickup and drop-off Monday- Friday from 9:30 am to 3 pm at our store located at 852 Gold Hill Rd Suite 102 in Fort Mill, SC.

Not at this time. We need at least 24 hours to schedule and prepare your rental.

Plug the charger into a standard outlet and connect it under the right handle of the steering wheel. Charge overnight for best results.

Your deadline depends on how you bought it:

• Picked up in our store: 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Shipped to you: 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Delivered and set up by our team with a signed delivery slip: not returnable. Once you sign, the sale is final.

The device has to be unused, not registered with the manufacturer, in its original packaging with all the parts, and free of any wear — including any use outdoors. We inspect every return before we approve a refund.

If it’s been used, registered, or shows wear, we can’t take it back. Not as a return, not as an exchange, not for any reason.

Approved returns are charged a 25% restocking fee based on the unit’s full retail price. Return shipping is yours if the item was shipped to you.

Yes:

• Any device that’s been used, registered with the manufacturer, or shows wear
• Anything we delivered and installed with a signed delivery slip
• Custom-made products, or products built for your specific requirements
• Hygienic and personal-use items like seat cushions and bath safety products, even unopened
• Open-box and used equipment, sold as-is

Do this before your deadline — 7 days from purchase if you picked it up in store, 14 days from delivery if it was shipped. We can’t accept a return without an RA. Once you have one, ship the device back within 15 days.

We offer three types of delivery:

• Local White-Glove Delivery (Charlotte Area) – Free
  Includes in-home delivery, full setup, function testing, and packaging removal. Available within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte.
• Standard Freight Delivery (Outside Charlotte) – $150
  Delivers your item to your driveway or front door. Does not include setup or packaging removal. Someone must be home to sign for delivery.
• White-Glove Delivery (Outside Charlotte) – $350
  Full-service delivery including in-home setup, testing, and packaging removal. Ideal for customers who need extra assistance.

Travel/folding power chairs: 1–3 business days

Standard full-size models: 6–10 business days

Custom options or lift chairs: 2–4 weeks depending on configuration
White-Glove Delivery typically adds 5–7 business days to the overall timeline.

Yes. Once your item ships, we’ll send you tracking information or the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.

Depending on the item. Small items like scooter accessories do not require a person to be present. Larger items like scooters or wheelchairs require a person to be present.

Please make sure the delivery area is clear and accessible. For White-Glove Delivery, ensure there is space indoors for setup.
