Book directly through our website 24/7! Please note that online reservations require at least a 48-hour notice. Simply browse our fleet, select your dates on the product page, and choose your preferred delivery or in-store pickup option at checkout.
Need your rental sooner or help choosing the right device? Call us and we’ll walk you through the process, confirm availability, and arrange delivery or in-store pickup. We’re open Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM. If you call outside of business hours, leave a voicemail and we’ll return your call promptly.

Think of it like a hotel stay. Your checkin day would be your start date. Your checkout day would be your end date. Count from your start date to your end date and subtract one day.
📌 Example: If you need the scooter delivered Friday morning and picked up Monday morning, that’s a 3-day rental (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
This ensures you have the scooter for each full day you need it.
We do not offer delivery or pickup on Sundays. If your stay ends on a Sunday and you are staying at a hotel, please leave your scooter with the front desk. We will pick it up Monday morning. This also includes In-Store Pickup as our store is closed.
All one-day rentals require a two-day selection. We do not offer same-day delivery and pickup.
If you choose delivery, we will drop the scooter off with the front desk early the morning you arrive. Your information will be attached. Simply ask for the scooter when you check-in. When you checkout on your final day, leave the scooter with the front desk. :)
Please be advised, for all non-hotel rentals, someone must be present for both drop off and pickup of your rental.
