Ride & Decide™ Try-Before-You-Buy Program
Ride & Decide™ is Charlotte Mobility’s try-before-you-buy rental program. Rent a select mobility scooter or power chair for up to one week, put it to the test in your own home and daily routine, and then apply what you paid toward the purchase of a new one.
How Ride & Decide works
- Rent a model — choose from select mobility scooters and power chairs available for the program and rent it for up to one week.
- Try it in real life — use it at home, around the neighborhood, and on your daily errands to be sure it’s the right fit.
- Apply your credit — if you rent for a full week and decide to buy that same model, we’ll credit $250 toward the purchase of a new device. You have 30 days to apply the credit.

- Available on select models — ask us which scooters and power chairs are currently eligible.
- The $250 credit applies when you rent for a full week and purchase the same model, and you have 30 days to use it.
- Delivery is not included in Ride & Decide. Local delivery and setup are available for an additional charge.

Frequently asked questions
How long can I rent a model?
Up to one week. Renting for a full week qualifies you for the $250 purchase credit on that same model.
How much credit do I get toward a purchase?
If you rent for a full week and then buy that same model, we credit $250 toward the purchase of a new device. You have 30 days to apply the credit.
Is delivery included with Ride & Decide?
No — Ride & Decide does not include delivery. Local delivery and setup are available for an additional charge.
