We don’t bill Medicare or Medicaid directly. Most customers buy upfront and submit for private-insurance reimbursement (often 50–80% depending on the plan); we supply the itemized invoice, NPI, Tax ID, HCPCS coding, and CMS-1490S form. We also accept HSA, FSA, and HRA funds and offer financing.
