Your Pride product has undergone thorough product testing to ensure safety, durability and performance.
Our power chairs, scooters and lift chairs are Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved medical products that require specific testing prior to release for public use.
The testing requirements accepted by the FDA were developed by the American National Standards Institute/Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America (ANSI/RESNA).
The tests are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the ANSI/RESNA Test Standards and complement an additional stringent testing regiment developed by Pride's Research & Development Team.
All products have passed, and in many cases, exceeded test criteria set forth, assuring the high level of quality synonymous with Pride.

At Charlotte Mobility, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality mobility solutions. To ensure a clear understanding of our return process, we have outlined our comprehensive return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If a mobility device malfunctions or hinders safe operation, customers can return it within 30 days of purchase.
- Unopened Products: Unused and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
- Incorrect Products: If a wrong item is delivered due to our error, customers may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Opened and Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.
- Custom Orders: Customized or modified devices are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
- Customer-Damaged Products: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents by the customer are ineligible for returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team within the specified timeframe for your return.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Obtain Return Authorization (RA): Receive an RA number to facilitate tracking.
- Prepare for Return: Securely package the item for return. Prepaid shipping labels or pickup arrangements may be provided, depending on the situation.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Defective or incorrect products can be exchanged for the same or a similar model, subject to availability.
5. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of unopened items to cover handling and processing costs.
6. Warranty
All new mobility devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for details.
7. Disclaimer
Charlotte Mobility reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
