If you experience an issue with your Golden Technologies scooter or power wheelchair, Charlotte Mobility is here to help. Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll coordinate with an authorized technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

Replacement parts will be shipped directly to your home or the technician—at no cost to you. Our goal is to get your mobility device back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The following parts will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.

The Golden Eagle by Golden Technologies is a powerful, heavy-duty recreational scooter built to handle the outdoors. With 5" of ground clearance, it's ready for hills, grass, gravel, and uneven terrain. It comes standard with a long-range battery that offers up to 23 miles per charge, and for even greater independence, you can upgrade to a 75Ah battery for up to 32 miles of travel.

Why We Love It

We love the built-in cup holder, phone holder, and onboard USB charger, all designed to make everyday travel easier. For night rides, you’ll feel secure with the full LED lighting package—including headlights, taillights, turn signals, and flashers. The regenerative braking system with electronic parking brake ensures safe stops. When you’re done for the day, the seat and tiller can fold together to help save space when storing.

What's the returns policy?

The following conditions apply:

  • This item has a 25% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. 
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Charlotte Mobility must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
