The testing requirements accepted by the FDA were developed by the American National Standards Institute/Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America (ANSI/RESNA).

The tests are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the ANSI/RESNA Test Standards and complement an additional stringent testing regiment developed by Pride's Research & Development Team.

• Defective Products: If a mobility device malfunctions or hinders safe operation, customers can return it within 30 days of purchase.
• Unopened Products: Unused and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
• Incorrect Products: If a wrong item is delivered due to our error, customers may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Opened and Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.
• Custom Orders: Customized or modified devices are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
• Customer-Damaged Products: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents by the customer are ineligible for returns.
