Charlotte Mobility does not bill Medicare or Medicaid directly. Most customers buy their equipment from us right away and submit for reimbursement through their private insurance — often 50–80% depending on the plan. We provide everything your insurer needs: an itemized invoice, our National Provider Identifier (NPI), Tax ID, HCPCS coding, and the CMS-1490S claim form. Which Jazzy is best for travel?
