If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the scooter has been delivered, no refunds are available.

We deliver the morning of your arrival. When you check out of the hotel, simply leave it with the front desk and we'll come back to pick it up.
