Features

  • Splits into five pieces, no tools — Swift Release Technology takes it apart in about a minute for the trunk; the seat is 22.7 lbs, the heaviest piece you'll lift
  • Turns in 33 inches — the three-wheel front end clears grocery aisles, doorways, and restaurant tables that stop a four-wheel scooter
  • Up to 10.1 miles per charge — full day of errands on two 12V 12Ah batteries; 8.1 miles at max rider weight
  • 300 lb. weight capacity on a 76.5 lb. frame (without batteries)
  • Swivel seat for safer transfers — rotates so you step off facing forward instead of twisting
  • Adjusts to you — seat height 15.5"–18", adjustable armrest width, and a tilting tiller you set to your reach
  • Dual braking system — regenerative braking slows you automatically off the throttle, electromechanical brake holds you on stops and slopes
  • 8" solid tires, front and rear — never go flat, no air to check
  • Climbs 2" obstacles and 6° grades — handles thresholds, curb cuts, and driveway aprons
  • Quiet under 65 dB — conversation-level, welcome indoors and in waiting rooms
  • Off-board 2-amp charger — charge the batteries on or off the scooter

FDA Class II medical device — tested to consumer safety standards, and may qualify for insurance or HSA/FSA reimbursement

Why choose a
Rascal Venture?

Most people shopping for a travel scooter end up choosing between two compromises: something light enough to load in the car but too flimsy for real use, or something sturdy that never leaves the garage. The Venture 3-Wheel refuses that trade. It carries 300 pounds, runs up to 10.1 miles on a charge, and still comes apart into five pieces you can lift one at a time — the heaviest being the 22.7-pound seat.

Why We Love the Rascal Venture 3-Wheel.

What sells most of our customers is the front end. A 33-inch turning radius means grocery aisles, restaurant tables, and your own hallway stop being obstacles. Add a swivel seat that rotates so you step off facing forward, adjustable seat height, armrest width, and tiller angle, and it's a scooter that fits you rather than one you learn to work around. It's an FDA Class II medical device, so it's held to real safety standards — not a mobility-shaped gadget.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! This device includes a limited manufacturer’s warranty. See full warranty details ›

What's the returns policy?

Your deadline depends on how you bought it:

  • Picked up in our store: 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Shipped to you: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Delivered and set up by our team with a signed delivery slip: not returnable

We only take back devices that were never used. It has to be unused, not registered with the manufacturer, in the original packaging with all included parts, and free of any wear — including any use outdoors. We inspect every return before approving a refund. If a device has been used, registered, or shows wear, we can’t take it back — not as a return, not as an exchange.

Other terms:

  • Approved returns are charged a 25% restocking fee on the unit’s full retail price
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable
  • Custom-made products are non-returnable
  • Canceling after the item has shipped counts as a return
  • Request a Return Authorization before your deadline: call (704) 879-5189 or email info@charlottemobility.com. Ship the device back within 15 days of receiving your RA.
