Mobility Scooter & Wheelchair Rental for HeroesCon — Charlotte Convention Center
HeroesCon — the largest independently owned comic book convention in the country — takes over all 280,000 square feet of the Charlotte Convention Center every June. Between Artist Alley, panels, and the exhibit floor, a single day at the show can mean miles of walking on concrete. A mobility scooter or wheelchair rental lets you spend your energy on the con, not on getting between halls.
How It Works
Reserve ahead of the show and your device will be ready before doors open:
- Staying at a hotel? We deliver to your hotel's front desk before check-in, tagged with your name — most Uptown hotels are minutes from the Convention Center. See our Charlotte hotel delivery page for the hotels we serve.
- Local or driving in? We can coordinate delivery and pickup at the Charlotte Convention Center itself — details on our Convention Center rental page.
Rental Pricing
Rates are based on how long you need the device: 1 day $60 · 2 days $100 · 3 days $150 · 4 days $175 · 5 days $200 · 6 days $225 · 7 days $250 · $15/day after 7 days. A flat $85 delivery and pickup fee covers both trips. A full con weekend (Friday through Sunday) is $150 plus delivery.
Our Fleet
Choose from compact, mid-size, and heavy-duty Pride mobility scooters with weight capacities from 300 to 400 lbs, plus transport wheelchairs and rollators. Every device arrives fully charged with its charger included, so an overnight top-up at your hotel has you ready for the next day of the show.
